On the top floor of the hotel is the Mornington Health Club, with fitness equipment that is second to none. You can combine a workout on the general fitness and strength machines with both indoor and outdoor sessions – yoga, core, Nordic Walking, running, cycling, wall climbing, or why not health and fitness lectures. Skilled massage therapists, naprapaths and chiropractors are available when you feel that your body deserves a bit of pampering or when you have pushed yourself to the limits. The club also has a 12m / 39 ft. long penthouse sauna with a roof terrace offering excellent views

Mornington Health Club is located on the 6th floor, with panorama views of the centre of Stockholm. Here you will find a fitness facility with excellent equipment for functional training. Go for a bike ride. We rent classic bicycles, mountain bikes, and city bikes. Helmets are included! SEK 100 for half a day, and SEK 150 for the whole day.
Walking poles – You can borrow adjustable Axess W50 poles at the reception desk.
