Park in Kaapsehoop Village, and walk about 1 km eastwards toward the escarpment and fire tower on any of the many hiking trails. The terrain is quite easy, the gradients are gentle, and you'll be rewarded with amazing views over the Lowveld.

The rockfields at Kaapsehoop are stunning, and a visit to this area is very rewarding. Kaapsehoop is also a geocache-rich area with an interesting variety of caches to suite everyone.
Visit Instructions:We don't require you to provide any specific proof of your visit, but we do request that you upload photos if possible, the more the merrier.
Ideally, you should try to take photos at the actual beacon location, but if that isn't possible (private property, terrain, etc), then photos taken from a distance are also welcome, especially if the beacon is visible in the photo.
