ITT Technical Institute is almost single-handedley responsible for the crisis in student loan funding. They have been criminally charged or sued in more than 15 states, and a recent study said that per classroom hour this is the most expensive school in the US. But their Salem campus, one of two in Oregon and inside of a former Dick's Sporting Goods, has a nice neon sign. Just don't stop and enroll.
