This fiberglass horse is stationed on the sidewalk outside of a store called "Dazzle" which sells women's fashions, in Portland, Oregon (remember, the "motto" of Portland is "Keep Portland Weird"). The horse has just about every color and design imaginable on it, plus an after-market tail that is definitely not the same as the original manufacturer's equipment.
