The land for this little park was donated by the Kents, hence the name. It is a small pie shaped slice of land that was, presumably, part of their lot, which they sliced off and donated to the municipality to be used as a park.
Its location is ideal, in that it is across the street from Westbank's biggest and most popular beach. On the really hot days, the shade from the park's mature trees is most welcome. Just a large grassed area, the park has a bench and a picnic table, making it a great lunch spot in the summer.
