The building is on Wall St, in the village of La Jolla, a posh neighborhood of San Diego. The post office opened in 1935 and recently celebrated it's 75th anniversary. The interior of the post office has WPA mural. Recently it was announced by the USPS that the building would be sold and the post office would move.
