This building housed Mullican Dry Goods in the 1930s. Today the building is part of the National Register Downtown Lampasas Historic District.
Unlike several other ghost signs in the are, this one has not been touched up since it was painted in the mid-1930s.

In 1936 the Goodman building was remodeled for A.L. Higdon Company. In 1937 it became Garrett’s Dry Goods. In 1950 it was Mullican’s Dry Goods followed by J.B. White Company in 1973. After White moved to a new location it became an office supply first known as Myron’s and now Lampasas Graphic and Office World."[end]
