In 1930, developed by a native Ing. František Uher municipal water supply project for the Pecky town. The whole building was carried out in the years 1931 - 1932 by the company Ing. Hráský, Ing. Jenc and K. Dub from Mlada Boleslav.
Six cylindrical columns carries a cylindrical tank with a volume of 350 m3. The ground floor of the entrance, which is on the north side, separated from the middle of the concrete slab that serves as the lower terrace with railings.
