Kiwanis Field is the major one of three ball parks in this complex, having the largest seating capacity (though still only a couple of hundred) and being the only one lighted, allowing for night baseball. It hosts little league games, high school games, and local recreational league games. Just behind the bleachers are washrooms and a concession stand. Beside the field is a small playground to keep the tots occupied.

Haley park is named in honour of local track and field legends, the Haley brothers, Joe and Pat.

Joe won silver in the high jump in the 1934 British Empire Games and was the first resident of Trail to compete in the Olympics. Joe has held the Canadian high jump record and the Warfield track oval was named in his honour.

Pat Haley was a member of the 4X100 relay team which won their event in the 1937 British Empire Games, setting a world record in doing so. A member of the Canadian Olympic team, he would have competed in the 1940 Finland Olympics, were they not cancelled.

Amenities at this park include:
Three Baseball diamonds (play under the lights at night)
Bleachers for seating at each field
A fourth smaller softball field
Full size soccer field
Rubberized 8 lane 400 metre running track
Event concession operation
Washrooms
Playground
Wheelchair accessiblity

Contributing sponsors to this park include the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the Royal Canadian Legion, Kiwanis International, and the United Steelworkers of America.
