San Dieguito River Park runs the 55 length of the San Dieguito River from the mountains to the sea. Here, the visitor is near the sea, and no doubt the wildlife here is a bit different than further up the river.
This sign has blocks of wood with depictions of some wildlife...and the visitor is invited to lift the block to reveal information as to what that animal eats.
