STATION IS THE BASE OF THE SHORT FINIAL ON THE DOME OF THE SHELBY
COUNTY COURTHOUSE. THE COURTHOUSE HAS A BLACK OCTAGONAL DOME
ON A WHITE OCTAGONAL TOWER. THERE IS A LIGHT ON TOP OF THE
DOME THAT IS NOT CENTERED OVER THE CENTER OF THE DOME. THE
COURTHOUSE IS AT THE CENTER OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE IN THE CENTER
OF TOWN. THE BUILDING WAS ERECTED IN 1893.
