Sir Donald Bradman features prominently in the Hall of Fame. He was Australia's & the world's greatest Test batsman with an average of 99.94 (runs per 100 balls bowled). He honed his skills on the Bradman Oval which adjoins the Hall of Fame & the Bradman Museum. His average is often cited as statistically the greatest achievement by any sportsman in any major sport.
The International Cricket Hall of Fame celebrates cricket played around the world. Cricket supporters were asked to nominate the 10 best cricketers with Sachin Tendulkar rated as number one. It traces the origins of cricket from 1334, through the early history of Australia, the infamous Bodyline series against England in the 1930s, the drama of Kerry Packer's World Series Cricket in the 1970s to the present day.
The Hall of Fame features interactive displays, a map of the world showing where cricket is played & large video displays.
Hours of Operation:
Daily from 10am to 5pm.
Closed Christmas Day & Good Friday.
Admission Prices:
Adults $20, Children 5 to 17 $10, Children under 5 free, Family (2 adults & 3 children) $50, Concession $14, Groups (15+ people) $14 each.
