Buena Vista is south of Plover, WI in Portage County. This area today is Potato Country. I also saw some Cranberry and Corn fields and the Buena Vista Wildlife Area.

I was geocaching in the area when I saw the twin silos. Near here is the Buena Vista Wildlife Area. This land is a preserve of grassland for the endangered Prairie Chicken. Stevens Point even holds the Central Wisconsin Prairie Chicken Festival. (visit link)

This is a pair of 21 foot poured concrete silos with poured concrete shoots. One still has it's top.
