Even from the exterior, you can see something magical happening. Inside the the Medical Center, the walls are washed with an ever changing rainbow of lights. There are also flutters of cobalt blue butterflies.
If you look closely in one of the "wing" benches on the side of the building at the coordinates, you will find an urban-fairy fairy door, leading to a new wing of the hospital, the "Wing Wing".
