Fat Cow is a fairly new barbecue in North Texas, and they are quickly becoming popular with the locals (and they cater, too). As with any popular joint, arrive early or be forced to pick from what's left. While there is a menu online, they offer brisket, baby back ribs, hot links, jalapeño sausage, pulled pork, pulled rotisserie chicken, and smoked sausage. One can order these by the plate, by the pound, on sandwiches, in tacos (!), or as sliders. They offer quite a few sides, or "Meat Enhancement Units," and for those who like a baked potato, one can get one loaded or one done the old fashioned way. Soft drinks are available, and while they don't serve alcohol, you are welcome to BYOB. If you still have room after your meal, they offer up pudding, pie, and cobbler for dessert. Those who show up with a few bucks in their pocket can get a slider and a glass of water for $2.69, and those who are looking to dive right in can get a family pack for $54.99, which will include four pounds of meat, four pints of sides, ten rolls, and fixins.

They have plenty of room for seating, and are kid-friendly. No smoking is allowed.
