Hale's Ales is has been established in Ballard since 1982. They brew their beer on the premises and the variety and quality are enough to please any beer aficionado. With a lot of delicious pub fare, it's a good place to dine as well.
They have a full gluten free menu, and serve cider and wine, as well as soft drinks. The cider is good - not too sweet.
This is a good place to go with friends who enjoy beer and have no dietary restrictions because they will be pleased with the fare. Gluten sensitive folks will enjoy a nice meal and evening out without any fuss.
