This bridge is located over Gauja river, and has a length of approximately 130m. It was constructed in 1937, but was destroyed shortly after in 1941, during military operations. In late 1940s restoration works were started and in 1999 reconstruction works were performed.
It is a stone bridge, where is not so easy to place love padlocks directly, therefore chains are also placed around the stone pillars.
