For more than twenty years, this marina has been located right in downtown Ottawa and Gatineau, on the Ottawa River across from the entrance locks to the Rideau Canal and upstream from the entry points for the Gatineau River and the Rideau River. It is near many services for both boaters and tourists. The marina is managed by the Club de Yachting Portage Champlain. The marina opens about 15 May and closes about 15 October. Marina services include 120 feet of docks, water and hydroelectricity, a club house, showers, laundromat, television, awning with barbecues, boat launch ramp, beverage vending machines, pump-out facilities, ice, plenty of parking and 24/7 security.
