This sculpture depicts a lifesized man...apparently a farmer with some type of tool in his right hand paired with some grapes and grain.
The man has been confronted by a male angel who seems to be thanking or blessing him. A regal crown is set on the ground by the angel's feet.
The plaque indicates that the work is an 1812 sculpture by Johann Martin Fischer and was an "allegorical fountain sculpture from the 'Am Hof' City Square"
