This combination was built in 1886 by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1886, sold in 1916 to the Dardanelle & Russellville in Arkansas, then in 1936 to the Rockdale, Sandow & Southern in Texas where the passenger section was divided for purposes of segregating black passengers from white.
