A stream with waterfalls and rapids flows in Poellat Gorge beside the famous Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany...the castle that inspired Wa;t Disney's castles. One can walk along the stream...mostly on trails...but in a few parts along constructed walkways along the cliffs of the gorge.
A wooden channel above the stream was also erected for an unknown purpose...and at one point that channel has a hand-operated sluice gate.
