Puvodne barokní kaple z r. 1693 byla v r. 1701 rozšírená na trojlodní kostel s trojboce uzavreným presbytárem a hranolovou veží. Dali jej vystavet Vratislavové z Mitrovic, kterí získali zdejší panství v roce 1616. Kostel byl nekolikrát opravován, zásadní úprava r. 1893. Kostel je památkove chránen.

Originally a Baroque chapel from 1693 was in 1701 extended to three-nave church with three sided presbytery and a square tower. They build it from Vratislav Mitrovic, who acquired the estate in 1616. The church was repaired several times, major modifications to the year, 1893. The church is a listed building.
