Long Description:
Text of Marker:

SECOND
CONG'L CHURCH
ERECTED ON
THIS SPOT 1830
REMOVED 1853
SIZE 34 FT. SQ.

There is something of a cellar hole behind the marker, indicating just how small this building really was. It is interesting to see that a stone edging leads up to the marker, and might have been the original path to the doorway. Parking is very limited here, but the opportunities to explore look exciting.
