This location is in right field of the Edith Cooke baseball field in Centennial Park near the intersection of Wallace Drive and Hovey Road. One can visit these coordinates at any time of day as long as there isn't a game going on. In the photos, my GPSr is sitting on the ground to mark the exact location.
