Welcome to Lamppost Pizza! This restaurant is full of waymarks! In addition to being the FIRST restaurant in Reno to accept the virtual Bitcoin (read more about the Bitcoin on Wikipedia here) they host Family Karoake Night every Saturday (a waymark); they have a FREE WiFi hotspot (a waymark), they offer a Kids-Eat-Free night on Thursdays (a waymark); they are a regional pizza restaurant (a waymark); and finally, they offer a a takeout/delivery menu (yet another waymark). SEVEN waymarks in one location!!! I just wish the family were hungry for pizza at 11 am when we passed by, else we would have patronized this place. We will definitely come back another time now that I know how popular this restaurant is. The following text comes from Lamppost's menu which describes this regional chain's history (and mentions their free WiFi which is also mentioned on their website):
Established in May, 1976 by Mr. Angelo Barro and his sons, Tom and Dan, Lamppost has grown from three individual establishments to a successful chain of over 40 restaurants operating in several California counties, Texas, and now Reno. Innovative, creative, disciplined grass roots marketing coupled with superior products, friendly, neighbor-down-the-street service, and a fun, family-oriented atmosphere fuel Lamppost's success. "Lamppost Pizza's Gluten Free Crust and items on our Gluten-Free Menu are prepared in a kitchen that contains gluten.
