"While staying in Canyon, TX this weekend (May 17) while on business in Amarillo, I found a listing for the Rafter G all-you-can-eat BBQ buffet not far away in Umbarger, so I made the 10 minute trip. This is a popular place with the locals, and the prices are reasonable ($12.95 for the Saturday BBQ buffet). But I was not impressed with the BBQ. The brisket was tender, but dry, as were the ribs, and very little flavor at all without the addition of their sweet sauce. Maybe it was an off-day, maybe this was the way it always is.
