Da Dessau von der demographischen Schrumpfung betroffen ist stehen viele Wohnungen leer.
In Dessau wird dem Wohnungsleerstand unter anderem entgegen, indem komplett leere Wohnblöcke abgerissen werden und an deren Stelle urbane Gärten entstehen.
An solch einem Garten steht dieser Rahmen und soll die Augen für ein anderes Stadtbild öffnen.
