I discovered this while walking along the nearby trail while geocaching. There are three pillars, each of them have a metal shape formed into a 3d item. It is inside a painted white picket fence, so I guess they don't want anyone to tamper with the piece. They are located along the running trail parallel to the James River in Downtown Richmond. The actual pieces of art are about four to five feet high, or about eye level.
