This vessel was the first one in the post-Soviet Union independent Estonia. It was built in 1976 in Ukraine for border control and from 1992 on she served the Estonian "Defence League" together with her twin ship, the Leopard. Decommissioned in 2001. The Leopard was scrapped, the Grif was donated to the Estonian Maritime Museum.

The vessel can be seen for free, as long as the visitor doesn't go up to the deck.
