The Applegate Valley Community Grange meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month in this building. They also have special events here such as potlucks and dances. Originally, the Upper Applegate Grange met here from the 1930s until closing their doors in 2011. The new grange was formed, in part, to keep the grange building from reverting to state Grange ownership and ultimately being put up for sale.
