"The Hot Dog Factory is a gourmet hot dog eatery located in downtown Belleville, with a distinct menu featuring hot dogs and sausages with fresh and unique toppings.

Open for business since August of 2014, this restaurant has quickly earned a reputation for gourmet hotdogs and sausages available for reasonable prices. There is a seasonal outdoor patio as well as the inside restaurant.
