This dedicated and security fenced helipad is on the 4th level of the parking garage nearest ER. There is an elevator tower to the ground level and across to the ER/trauma center.

There are two rows of red lights to guide the approach to the helilanding.
There are also gated stairs to that roof top from either side.
The parking garage is free, 7 foot clearance only.
Just happened to be there when I saw a helicopter loop south and come in from the north (Placer County direction). The pattern appears to be a figure 7. In from the bottom, turn right to exit westbound.
Was able to observe a crew of two, offload one reclining passenger from a rear door. Three staff from the hospital came up to receive the injured.
