The Embrun Cenotaph is on the grounds of the Township of Russell administrative centre on the corner of Notre Dame Street and Industrial Street in Embrun.

Description of Memorial: A simple headstone cenotaph amidst a perenial bed of palnts and shrubs. Two flagpoles with the Canadian and Township flags stand on each side.
The Township's moto is written in Latin; "FIBRI AD EXAMPLAR"
