That wayside shrine is dedicated to the Heart of Jesus. In the center there's a Jesus statue, on its foot much smaller statue of Holy Mary.

The shrine is located in the Kierszek, village south from Warsaw.
The shrine is located near the road, under the shadow of big trees. In the center there's Jesus statue on stone foundation with the inscription to the Heart of Jesus. On its foot there's little Mary statue. The whole is surrounded with little metal fence, decorated with ribbows.
