EN: The double sinkhole in Schäll is located near the southernmost point of the Karst trail between Zwingen and Grellingen just before the road turns north again.
The sinkhole has a diameter of approximately five meters, the hydrograph itself is clogged with slid earth. The area is full of sinkholes, which even today still can open up without warning. The last time was in 2002 close to this point, when a hiking woman was wounded, as the path broke under her.
DE: Die Doppeldoline im Schäll befindet sich in der Nähe des südlichsten Punktes des Karstlehrpfades zwischen Zwingen und Grellingen kurz bevor der Weg sich wieder nach Norden wendet.
Die Doline hat eine Durchmesser von etwa fünf Metern, der Abflussgang selbst ist durch abgerutschte Erde verstopft. Die Gegend ist reich an Dolinen, die sich auch heutzutage noch ohne Vorwarnung öffnen können. Das letzt Mal wurde nahe dieser Stelle im Jahr 2002 eine Frau beim wandern verletzt, als unter ihr der Weg einbrach.
