This sculpture consists of a man standing atop two silver cubes in front of a renovated apartment complex in Tempe, Arizona. The man is holding a pin wheel and three additional pinwheels are attached to the top cube. Additionally, two roof ventilators sit atop the first cube. All spin in a slight breeze. The entire sculpture was designed by Bill Tonnesen, a local housing developer and sculptor. The entire piece is a part of his redesign of the Casa Carmel Apartments at 2222 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282.
