Otis Brown is pointing across the creek and holding a Surveyor's rod in his left hand. Charles Schultze is standing next to him with the tripod across his left shoulder. These are life size statues of men in cowboy hats, boots and jeans. Charles has a gun belt around his waist. Otis is standing flat footed, while Charles has one foot resting on a pile of rocks.
Sculpted in bronze by Paul Tadlock. The statues are on a cement base made to look like rock.
