Studánka se nachází vedle hrebenové lesní cesty vedoucí z Horic do Cerné Hory. Je zbudována na památku lesní delnice Hany Skoupé, která v techto místech prišla o život. Tvorí jednu ze zastávek naucné stezky, kterou v roce 2010 vybudovala spolecnost Lesy mesta Brna, a.s. V její blízkosti lze narazit na loveckou chatu Nepustilka. Nedaleko vede cyklistická stezka "Petra Bezruce".
