The Route 233 Bridge is part of the Paradise Hill Road section of the "Loop Road" (or Motor Road) network. The bridge carries the motor road over State Route 233. Rockefeller donated the land and was involved in the construction of the road/bridge. The road was completed in 1940, but insufficient resources due to World War II delayed the bridge construction until the early 1950s.
