Umístení probehlo roku 1997, na travnatou plochu pred budovu.
Na vydláždeném kruhu je pylon z hrubého betonu s otisky drevených prken, v horní cásti, doplnený tremi železnými pruty symbolizujícími ostnatý drát, na vystupujícím lešteném pásu plastický nápis:
"obetem táboru nucených prací z let 1948-1952"

Location was in 1997, on the grassy area in front of the building.
On the cobbled ring pylon of rough concrete imprints of wooden planks in the upper part, complete with three iron bars symbolizing the barbed wire on the strip protruding polished plastic inscription:
"victims of forced labor camps in the years 1948-1952"
