Just south of Peachland is a well known waterfall named Hardy Falls, on Deep Creek.

Just before Deep Creek empties into Okanagan Lake it passes under Highway 97 and the little steel girder bridge on which one will find this benchmark. It's in the base of the southwest abutment, or wing wall, about at highway level.
