Usually I can find something, little tid-bits but on this one nothing but the following tag on another subject about this town,

" steel, bay window, Union Pacific Yard Keytesville MO SOU as Wabash, steel, bay window, Maxwell D. Taylor Park" ~ Yahoo Group
