Originally built as a chapel in 1897, known as St Luke's Episcopal Mission. In 1910 the chapel became known as Lincoln Hall, serving as a community gathering place. In 1913 it was old and became the Union Grange Hall. In 1994 the building was donated to the North Smithfield Heritage Association and is their headquarters.
