Relatively new, this Timmy's is on the east side of Highway 97, at the corner of Cooper Road.

Tim Hortons on Cooper Road is now closed.
There are nine Timmy's in Kelowna, no less than six of them on Harvey Avenue/Highway 97. This one is kitty corner from Orchard Park Mall, the largest mall in Kelowna. Along the highway, there are three further north/east and two to the south/west.
Out waymarking on a Saturday morning, this was the first of the Timmy's we encountered, and we were in desperate need of coffee. Didn't see any Apple Fritter Timbits, though, so we had to go without.
