It's quite a walk from the campus of the University of North Texas, but Thai Ocha is very popular with the students there. Their curries are probably their top sellers, while the pad thai is solid. They have a nice selection of soups and appetizers, noodle dishes, and stir fry, and for those who aren't satisfied with chicken, beef, pork, or seafood, they can go vegetarian (and/or tofu) for you as well.

For beverages, they serve soft drinks in a can, as well as several hot or iced coffees and teas. It seems to be a secret that they're BYOB, so know what you're having ahead of time and pick a good beer, wine, or sake to go with it. Even if you're doing the carry-out thing.

If you plan to still have room after your meal, their sticky rice desserts are nice, and you can enjoy a boba tea or coffee. They accept cash and credit cards.
