This is a Bell UH=1 "Iroquois" on display at the American Legion building in Washburn, IL. Unfortunately, there were no markings (except "US Army") or informational plaques. The tail nunmber appears to have been painted over. There is a 761 barely visible on the nose under the paint.
This helicopter is along Rt.89 through Washburn and is easily visible from this road.
