A 30 feet high, stainless steel abstract sculpture, featuring a large toroidal ring supported by two angled supports.
The dots you can see on the sculpture are LED lights, & holes where water used to flow.

Anna Thompson Dodge left a sum to the City of Detroit for the construction of the Horace E. Dodge and Son Memorial Fountain. The fountain was designed by sculptor Isamu Noguchi and opened in 1978 as part of the city's Hart Plaza." (
