Heading to or from the south? Air North, Canadian North and First Air will get you to Whitehorse (via Old Crow and Dawson City), or Yellowknife (via Norman Wells) and then you can go on from there? Heading somewhere else in the NWT or into Nunavut then pick Kenn Borek Air which will get you to Paulatuk, Sachs Harbour, Tuktoyaktuk, Ulukhaktok and Aklavik.
