Preserved as part of the Katy Trail State Park, a rails-to-trails state park. Pedestrians and bicycles, at this section of the trail Horses are also allowed, but NO horse drawn vehicles

"The small pony-truss bridge over Hillers Creek was built of riveted steel, considered state of the art in 1897. The bridge's concrete abutments are original." ~ Missouri Department of Natural Resources
