Die Brauerei wurde im Jahre 1531 gegründet. Mit einem Ausstoß von 1200 hl Bier pro Jahr ist die brauerei eine der kleinsten im Bierparadies Oberfranken. Über´s Jahr werden folgende Sorten von Bier gebraut und ans durstige Volk vertrieben:
Haberstumpf Zunft-Pils, Haberstumpf Lager Hell, Aecht's Haberstumpf Zwick'l, Haberstumpf Kellerkrönla (Bio), Schwarze Kunni (Bio).
